To get you up to speed on what you need to know to get your business off to a fast start we have created a series of short learning modules. The specific intent of the entire Basic Training course, which includes Basic Training lessons 101-110 is to help you gain a significant level of competence in your first 30 days in your business.

As you proceed with each module you will note that each module is between 15 and 30 minutes in length. As you click on each of the modules a power point presentation will appear accompanied by an audio of the Diamond or Blue Diamond who will walk you through that particular power point presentation. You will also note that you are able to pause the presentation at any time or go back to re-hear any of the content within the presentation.

Before you get started on your first learning module within the Basic Training course just a few quick words of encouragement.

• First, we find that the information that you will learn is best learned if you complete the entire 10 lessons in your first 30 days of your Univera business.
• Second and very importantly, don’t wait to get into action until you have gone through the course. In fact we recommend exactly the opposite.
• The best way to learn in relationship marketing is to do Relationship Marketing.
• You have a very competent and supportive upteam member who introduced you to Univera in the first place. That person is part of a dynamic team of people who will help you get off to a fast start even though you have not completed the course yet.
• Going through the course will reinforce and deepen your understanding of business building techniques and principles that will be utilized by your upteam as they help you get off to a great start in your business.

In fact, just to help you have the proper expectation, your goal for your first month should be to hit the Silver level as fast as possible. That will happen as the result of gifting the right people and getting them to a team event where they can meet people whose lives are being changed for the positive through their participation with the Univera products and team members.
